- Coupez vos tranches de jambon blanc en lamelle, et les faire griller à la poêle. Réservez.
- Faites griller vos pignons de pin à la poêle et réservez aussi!
- Une fois les courgettes froides vous pouvez dresser pour passer à table! Les mettre dans des assiettes en essayant de créer du volume avec les lamelles, pareil avec les lamelles de jambon.
- Ajoutez les cubes de fromage que vous émiettez et les pignons de pin.
- Ciselez un peu de menthe fraiche et l'ajouter sur le dessus. Salez et poivrez. Ajoutez joliement un peu de vinaigre balsamique et bon appétit!!
